    • Helping a baby, child or adult who is suffering a heart attack, angina attack or stroke
    • Helping a baby, child or adult who is bleeding
    • Helping a baby, child or adult who is suffering from shock
    • Helping a baby, child or adult who is suffering from anaphylactic shock
    • Helping a baby, child or adult who has burns or scalds
    • Helping a baby, child or adult who has a suspected fracture
    • Helping a baby, child or adult who has a head injury
    • Helping a baby, child or adult with a foreign body in eyes, ears or nose
